1) Edit in HTML mode.
2) Separate sections within a page using a bar tag ‘hr’
3) For bold subtitles use the ‘strong’ tag (bold b in the editor).
4) For code use ‘blockquote’ and ‘pre’ tags combined. This should preserve tab indentation in a monospace font.
